Our Story — A Legacy of Innovation & Academic Excellence
DEBEST College was founded in 1997 as a pioneer Institute in ICT and professional training, introducing IMIS UK courses at a time when digital skills were rare in Ghana. Over the years, it expanded into Diploma Studies, WASSCE Remedials and, later, a full Senior High School.
Today, with NASIA accreditation (2025), DEBEST College of Science, Arts & Business operates two divisions:
- DEBEST SHS — disciplined, confident, academically strong learners.
- DEBEST Pre-University College — WASSCE Remedials, 1–2-year Diplomas Leading to top up at Level 200 in university progression, and certificate courses including IT, Digital Marketing, SAT/TOEFL and many more.

Senior High School Studies for SHS One–Three Level
Students progress smoothly from SHS into our Pre-University Diploma, gaining structured academic support and a guaranteed pathway that leads directly to Level 200 at partner universities.
Practical, Career-Focused Diploma Programmes (1½ Years)
Our 1½-year diploma programmes deliver practical, industry-relevant training that builds real skills, preparing students for immediate employment opportunities or seamless university top-up into advanced levels.
One-Year Remedial & Resit Option for WASSCE Learners
Our one-year remedial programme provides focused tutoring, exam preparation, academic support, and structured guidance to help WASSCE learners improve results and qualify for university or diploma pathways.
