Conditions of Acceptance
- Students are required to attend classes regularly during the period for which they enrol.
- Absence due to sickness must be supported by a medical certificate.
- Fees paid are for tuition only. Students are responsible for the cost of:
- Examination fees
- Study materials
- Processing of transcripts
- Recommendation letters
- Certificates of participation
- The Principal/College Management reserves the right to suspend or dismiss any student for bad conduct, poor attendance, or violation of school rules and regulations.
Programme Guide & Admission Requirements
Programme Duration
- 1 year – for students continuing in the same programme (Science, Arts, Business, Home Economics, Visual Arts, Agriculture).
- 1½ years – for students switching from one programme to another (e.g., Business to Science).

Duration of Courses & Registration Periods
A. Duration for students switching programmes is one and a half (1½) years.
B. Duration for pure Science, Arts, Business, or Home Economics students is one (1) year.
Note: Registration periods for both A and B are:
Registration (Nov/Dec): April – May | Writing of Exams: Oct – Nov
Registration (May/June): Jan – Feb | Writing of Exams: July – Aug
Admission Requirements
Applicants must:
- Have completed Senior High School (SHS) with WASSCE results or equivalent.
- For May/June Exams Session students must Offer a minimum of three (3) core subjects plus relevant electives, depending on the intended course of study.
- Complete the Debest College Remedial Application Form.
- Provide a valid ID (Passport, Ghana Card, Voter ID, Birth Certificate, or Baptismal Certificate).
- Submit one (1) recent passport-size photograph.
- Provide sponsor/guardian details (name, address, contact, profession, workplace).
